Firefish Healthcare Launches

We are delighted to announce the launch of a new business division, Firefish Healthcare, led by Firefish Group board director, Dr Bob Cook.

Award-winning insight industry innovator Dr Bob will be applying his 20+ years of strategic insight experience with his years within the healthcare professional world, having formerly been a practising doctor & psychiatrist. In his years in insight, Bob has led myriad healthcare projects across the globe for the likes of GSK, Galderma, Bayer & Pfizer, across Patient Understanding & Journeys, Brand, Communications & Innovation.

With the same strategic insight positioning & values as other Firefish Group businesses, the division is focused on humanising healthcare, with the belief that better healthcare outcomes come from a place of better understanding and deeper connections with patients and healthcare professionals.

This means it will also have the same commitment to innovation and creativity that Firefish has had a part of its DNA since inception. Dr Bob’s history in award-winning insight methods innovation, coupled with a strong focus on looking at things in new ways, from new angles, and incorporating new and existing data sources, will ensure that Firefish Healthcare gets clients closer to the experiences of real people that may have otherwise gone unseen in the past.
